 Try these guys  http://www.electroshine.com/  I know your a bit far away...but they do Anodizing and great work! Haven't had any anodizing done just chrome work. Worth a call....ask for Randy.

We used to do anodizing in our shop (U of C) for small jobs but outsourced for bigger jobs.

The process is a lot of work/time and the shop eventually stopped doing it.

There are a number of places in the Calgary area that do it (don't know how large/long the work limits are)

I see there are also a few places in Winnipeg that do Anodizing...any of those work for you?
