I predict the car will not move by the Jan. 15th closing date of the house sale. Lets be honest, its a so so car, maybe even undesirable is a better description. If it was a two door bubble top and a V8 I would have already been down they and disassembled the garage to drag it out. Those old wooden garages down there are usually built into to mud, all you need is a good chainsaw.

I would recommend keeping in touch with the seller and being #2 on the list. Have a budget for cost plus transport and keep in contact Todd, at least until the current buyer closes or drops out? I have an old car buddy in Markham who might be able to help. LMK.

Not usuually Ted, Riverdale is a highly desireabke area of three story Victorian homes, exteriors are generally maintained and full reno's iinside. Likely a $2,000,000 home when renovated.
