1967 strato bench seat

94325943-1294-4592-8F92-B770B88D0F64.jpeg

For sale a strato bench removed from a 67 caprice. This seat is complete with tracks, even comes with the floor brackets that were tacked down. A lot of times the brackets are missing. The seat is in good condition, the plastic pieces on the arm rest are excellent and not cracked like most. $375.

That's a good price with tracks and floor brackets. Are the armrest hinge covers good?

Very nice,  i do like those seats.  I modified one for my chevelle wagon, and chris has one in his 65 beaumont wagon too.

Ya those armrest plastic strips are always broken,  i was lucky, mine were perfect too.

The Strato Bench has to be one of the best designed, and nicest appearing seats GM did in the 60's. Thin cushion, with that modern look of a tight and contoured back panel swooping down around and under the sides, it never grows old with me. I so wish could get covers made to match my 67 interior. I've looked into it, the material I can get from SMS, but to have someone sew it is another thing. I have all the Strato Bench stuff to do it including the power and mounts. Dang.

Good price for sure including the floor mounts.

My guy here can sew it for you Mark, but it's an expensive proposition shipping stuff so he can have it here for fitting. He made my Strato seat covers from scratch on the black car if you recall.

A good shop quite often save the patterns ??\   Should check !

also, PUI reproduce the correct  Madrid vinyls and I also believe they reproduce the 67 Impala STRATO bench seat covers. Not sure Parisienne had the Impala seat covers tho'??
