hard to tell from the pics if it's truly a coupe of just a 2 door.

 The lack of a back seat would be consistent with it being a coupe but somehow it just appears as it's missing.

When not sure ask the brotherhood.

To me the roofline didn't look like a true coupe

You can tell a coupe from the two door sedan by the rear side Windows . The coupe is a lot smaller. This one is for sure a two door sedan Rear windows way two big for a coupe.

I know in 53 the 2dr sedan rear side windows only rolled 1/2 way down. Believe the coupe rear side windows were fixed ( stand to be corrected )

Funny I had both 53 Chevy coupe and a Belair two door sedan. Your right about the coupe no window cranks And no back seat. Dam if I can remember how far the back windows rolled down on the two door sedan.
