Don't let Amazon get away with delivering your parcel late.

I ordered an item Monday using Prime (2 day shipping). The item arrived late yesterday. Don't let them get away with this. I pay for Prime and expect the 2 day service (when specified). I complained via live chat and got a 1 month extension on my Prime Membership. I think last term I had "earned" 6 free months.

Amazon customer service is so good, really you don't have a worry when something goes wrong.

I ordered sheets and pillow cases on Boxing day, sheets arrived very fast, like two days as guaranteed. Pillow cases somehow were fulfilled here in Woodbridge but ended up in Texas. I called in on Wednesday and on Friday my entire order was delivered free of charge. 

PS: There is a town in Texas with the same name as my street.

If companies were serious about fulfilling some of the extra cost plans they have then they would do the tracking and payout automatically. Most of them are collect the money and then force the customer to prove their great company didn't live up their promise you paid for. Anyone thinking Canada Post here?

I'm really noticing there isn't much with the two day shipping anymore. Could be because I'm on an island. I ordered something today and won't see it until Monday!

I tried to order frt. end part for Impala, got thru to end but won't allow me to order as my postal code disappears, tried to add it, works on my account but drops it on order????

Got in touch with customer service, it was my Po. Box that screwed things up even though they ask for it, dropped it, & order went through!! 2 lwr. B/joints & 2 link kits both Moog $ 49.50 total. Best I could do at Car Quest was $ 68.00 ea. on B/joints!!!!

My last Amazon order I had a similar issue. It wouldn't take my address with the post office box. Said they needed a street address, so I dropped the box number and added the street address. Order went through fine with the street address.

And guess how it arrived.......yup, Canada Post!

Thankfully, the lady we have for a post mistress is wonderful, she doesn't do that type of stuff. But I know what you're saying, I've heard of others having that issue.

It may help that I'm in a town of 1800 so the staff there pretty much know their customers.
