Looking for an Electrician......

Looking for an electrician to build me two circuit boards that I am able to connect 8-9 led's to each. The catch is the Led's have to blink in a sequential manner. These must be built for a 12 volt system and small enough in nature so I can tuck them away out of sight.

Any help with these would be greatly appreciated. Trying to build something different that hasn't been done as of yet. Thanks.......

I saw on a car show how they upgraded/updated a '60s Mercury Cougar's sequential lights. There has to be kits out there.

Search "sequential tail light kit" on amazon.ca. There are a number available specifically made for automotive applications.

Here's 2 pre built 3-12 volt LED chaser circuits on eBay. Pricey, but the kits are super cheap if you can assemble them yourself.

There seems to be a ton of LED chaser plans out there. They could be built to suit whatever type of lights and input voltage you plan on using, and can be made to vary the sequence speed. They all use super cheap IC's and parts easily found at your local electronics supply. The type of LED's will have an impact of the function of the circuit, and has to be considered.

Here is a you tube video below showing the assembly of a simple circuit. If so inclined, you could grab a breadboard and some parts and do your own experimenting. Then transfer what you know and like to a circuit board. It's an easy DIY learning. I'm sure the electronics guys here will eventually chime in with more and better info.
