A while back I was searching for a small part for my engine project that I will need once I have it in the car. I searched GM dealers nation wide and found one dealer with 3 showing in stock still, even though the part is discontinued. It's available repro, or "NOS" on ebay for more money (of course). I noticed the dealer wasn't far from Kevin so I figured that even though I wouldn't get one from the dealer, maybe Kevin could get them for his projects. Obviously he bought them without saying a word to me, because today when I went to the mail there was a little surprise package from Kevin, in the form of one of those 3 pieces he must have gotten from that dealer.
This is the kind of guy we keep hearing about on this forum, pretty darn amazing I have to say. I know Kevin must have cars he could have used this part on, but instead he sends me one for mine.
Kevin, I'm lucky to be able to call you friend.

I totally agree with you Carl.Im not sure if I mentioned to Kevin that
id like a 406-500hp for my project.I know it wont fit in the mail box
but im willing to drop by Kevin and pick it up.

Thats awsome..there are so many like Kevin fellows on this site,its gotten to be that if I need something I ask around here first,some one always has or know of where I can the parts and always more than fair on the costs great group of guys.
