Wow! Surprised it's for sale already. Sad really. She was a good car when I had it and suspect it still is. Too bad the 427 emblems are gone. BTW the photo is from when I owned it.

That was a great looking car, Todd.

Is it me, or does the price seem to keep going up every time it's for sale?

Notice now the 2+2 stripes are also gone. The car has been repainted since I owned it.

That explains the jump in price.

I hope you don't think I was complaining about the price, that was not it at all.

I just remembered last year when it was somewhere in the $8,000 range but it had the previous paint job. My comment wasn't meant to be negative.

I think it was already repainted at that point Carl. The car was keyed not long after I sold it and the fellow who bought it from me had it painted through insurance.

Oh, ok. I had it in my head that you had said when it was advertised around $8000 you would still have to paint it if you bought it.

This old memory.....

Yes, because the seller told me the paint job wasn't very good. Maybe it's been repainted since? Price is fair as this is a nice car.

Sorry guys, I wasn't intending to suggest for a moment that it's not worth the money, I was just making an observation that the price keeps going up. Seeing lots of obvious junk on kijiji for similar money, and lots of decent looking cars for astronomical money. It is what it is, supply and demand...

I don't think it's a question of whether it's worth what the seller is asking, just will the market support the price.

The old car market is dying slowly and our favourite cars wont even fit in the garages of today's suburbia.

The one out in BC is the finest 2 door full size available by far.

And it's been for sale for two years.

The green 69 in Stevensville, ON., has been for sale every summer for a very long time.

That awesome 2+2 on eBay crashed at $9,000 US and did not sell.

It's always a chore to find the right buyer.

We do wish you well.

13 grand is nothing when you look at the big picture. You should see what it takes to get a 1500 car into shape!

Somebody should snag this car. You'd have a beautiful car that only need to be driven and cared for. Not ripped apart to repair everything.

She's still a solid ol gal. I see the repro redline spare I installed is still there. Some of you will remember I had the redlines on all 4 corners but I didn't like the handling with them. I put the TA's on which made a huge difference. The exhaust is from Waldrons. Sounded good. I did an L79 cam swap with a 4bbl aluminum intake. The Edelbrock carb I put on is gone. I did the carpet and upholstery, all new brake lines, brakes, had the control arm bushings replaced etc etc.

That's awesome, Todd!

Maybe he can conjure up some formula to create vintage Canadian Pontiacs using commonly found household items! ha ha...
