So I sometimes think I'm 20 and try to lift heavy stuff, well tore 3 ligaments off my right rotator cuff .I go in for surgery on Monday morning, maybe that will teach me.

Ugh! Here's to hoping it all goes well. Also listen to your surgeon; if you are told to take it easy and do nothing THEN FOLLOW THE ADVICE! Also post-op physiotherapy, make sure to follow the advice on that.

 

I am stiff today because my physio gave me some new strengthening exercises, which I proceeded to over-do. Not complaining though, as every day is a gift. Often we forget that.

Sorry to hear that you injured yourself. Got to watch what you are doing. I try to do some arm curls on the weekend but tipping back a few beers really doesnt seem to making a difference. Might have to move up to the bigger cans.....

All the best there Terry. I remember you had your body beat up awhile ago with some equipment too if I remember right. My line to my guys was and still is "Heroes don't get paid any more than the regular guys." We sadly have to make adjustments.
