Are those 327 valve covers? No oil fill tube on the intake? Likely a quadrajet? 327 with these changes or a 350?

yep got me ? no holes in the heads for power steering ect,yet the intake and covers are not right ? besides that car looks good ,,wonder how the floor and trunk are at that price ??
