I suspect the actual sale price will be considerably less, unless there is something we are missing seeing.

Being a Laurentian, its a pretty rare model,  same as a belair 2dr HT.  Just not common at all.

MY BEAUMONT HAS 4 STUDDED TIRES AND 2 BLOCKHEATERS......AND LOTS OF OIL UNDERNEATH.  The other one has a longer roof.

Is that ever a sharp car, my opinion on price is where are you going to find another like this, highly desirable body style in an uncommon Canadian model.

It will sell for less but we all know everyone starts an offer low, there is plenty negotiating room here.
