There is an interesting discrepancy between the car pictured and the bill of sale.

In 1964 the Canadian Paint codes were alpha characters ( letters ).
Bill of sale appears to be a 7

model 8369 = 6 cylinder, 4 door sedan

Pretty sure that is an "F" for color,  there is no tick mark if you look at the persons other written "7"s

F is silverblue which would go with the interior. Rear bumper and trunk lid are from a 64 chevelle

P01 is full hubcaps, but i cant read what they wrote beside P01.

Base model 6 cyl car, base interior, radio and clock delete.

Did i miss anything?

Its probably the blue interior, but it sure looks like all the glass is shadelite, A02 is just windshield as stated tho.

 That's the one I was looking for, although you guys pointed out a bunch more stuff.

 

Looks like he only paid for tinted windshield but got all tinted glass unless someone added it later.
