Can you identify this hubcap?

I saw these at the Red Deer Swap Meet, there were 3 good ones, and one with road rash.   I really didn't know what year they're for, but I'm imagining early 1970's.  I also didn't know if they're 14" or 15", but I think 15".

Can someone identify the correct year / model?   The vendor thought 1965 but I think he's too early.

I thought there was one like that in 68? Or maybe 69? Could be wrong though.

Cheviac, can you post a photo showing where the valve stem comes through? By the looks of your first photo, it looks like it comes through it's own complete hole, whereas the photo I posted its hole is only a semi-circle.

The photo posted by 70 SS ACADIAN looks correct.

Just walked out and took a look, they have their own hole for the valve stem, not just a cut out.

Since it says " Pontiac Motor Division " I'm thinking US only.

Does anyone have a 1969 Options brochure that we can take a look at?

Nothing like that in the 69 brochure I have, all 69's are black centres not red and are inverted compared to this one.

How about 1971:

The red center hubcaps on my 1970 Parisienne looked just like the ones on the 71 that Ray posted above. Those caps were used for a few years starting in 1971.

Cheviac posted a page from his 1969 manual, and I'm thinking the US build "D" hubcaps might be right, someone has put red centers in them.
