Can someone in the US help me?

I want to buy a set of emblems for the centre caps on my Magnum 500 wheels. This is the only guy I can find who sells them and he says he will NOT ship to Canada at any cost and will not ship to anywhere except a confirmed Paypal address. 

If I sent someone in the US the money would you be willing to buy these for me and mail them to me in an envelope? They are just 4 little inserts that stick on the caps.
