One thing to keep in mind when looking at lifts---

I learned when I was shopping for one that not all lifts have a certification. There is an automotive lift certification institute in the US for lifts. As far as I know, it is not mandatory that any or all lifts be certified but when I was shopping I felt it was important enough to shop only lifts that had a certification. Whether or not it means a lot, I can't say but I felt for peace of mind I wanted that sticker when I bought.

With that said, this does look like a great deal for someone, although I am not familiar with Atlas.
