Curious......Have any Automotive companies built automobiles with bench seats in the last 10 years?

Just wondering when the last bench seat vehicles were made (and who made them)...

.....or are there still cars made with bench seats?

Same question with three speed manual on the tree cars, any still being made?

No three on the tree that I've seen....in decades. Do they even make a column shift auto anymore?

I think the only column shift cars are police cars like the Charger and Taurus. I believe one of the last 3 on the tree vehicles was the Chevy pickup in the 1980's.

I think Toyota Avalons had an optional front bench seat in the early 2000s.

The previous generation (up to 2014) Honda Ridgeline pickup had a column shift automatic.  There may be other examples out there, but those are two that I'm aware of.

Column shift 3-speed manual... my guess would be late seventies/early eighties.

Probably Caprice, Impala until they stopped making them in the early 90s had a bench seat? Other models would have been old styles that were phased out like say a Cutless, Small Buicks, etc but mostly North American with a bench seat? I had an 88 Cutless International which had buckets and the buckets were very rare then, most of that model was bench seat in the 4 door.

i think 3 on the tree went in cars when rear wheel drive went mainly late 70s to early 80s.

George do mean a full one piece bench seat? GM had a number of split bench seats in the cars about 10 years ago. They were a full bench but split in the middle so moved independently.

Either......My 1979 Caprice has one of those split bench seats with separate  controls.

Carl, do you remember what those GM cars were? Like Don says cars in the early 90's were about the last I remember with bench seats.....

Sheesh,......that's  like 25 years ago.

Just found this news article on bench seats from August 24,2012

Looks like the 2013 Impala was the last of vehicle to have bench seats......$195 option.

https://www.nytimes.com/2012/08/26/automobiles/threes-a-crowd-the-bench-seat-is-benched.html

Chryslers last cars with front bench seats were the base-model Chrysler Concorde and Dodge Intrepid sedans of the 2004 model year. Last year, Ford discontinued the last of its bench-seat cars, the Ford Crown VictoriaMercury Grand Marquis and Lincoln Town Car.

The only remaining bench does, in fact, cost extra: it is a $195 option on the 2012 Impala LS and LT. Only 10 percent of Impala buyers chose the bench last year, Chevy said. The redesigned 2014 Impala, scheduled to go on sale early next year, will be available only with a floor shifter and front bucket seats.

As for three on the tree, the last were on trucks....

https://autoweek.com/article/classic-cars/new-detroit-trucks-3-tree-column-shift-manuals-1986-yes

It seems that Chevrolet and GMC pickups and vans could be had with a 3-on-the-tree setup through the 1987 model year,

while the final 3-on-the-tree Ford F-series pickups were sold in 1986;

as for Dodge, the last year for this hallowed American tradition may have been 1985.

Yes exactly. The GM W car is what I was referring to. The Impala is what they call a W car. That was about the last one I remember.
