Sad in some ways ... 20 acres of cars that aren't stored well, and are pretty well unavailable.

I don't know what I'd rather contend with; rotted metal in the north or sun-rotted interiors in the south.

I'll take the sun rotted interiors. I think that guy who did the tour is helping the owner sell the cars.
