Brucefield Ontario is actually where Ryan O'Reilly grew up but that's in Clinton's back yard.

His parents had 47 foster kids, stated in the 2nd interview.

Once you get past the F-bomb biggrin

Not a surprise about what his parents did !

We all know there are good people in Clinton, Ontario smile

The F-bomb was hilarious... not so much that he said it, but how many times he apologized after the fact!

Nothing anybody associated with sports (or anything else for that matter) hasn't heard before.

Congrats to the Blues... first Stanley Cup ever.  It's huge.

I've been retired for 3 seasons now after spending most of my life in hockey as a player and executive and coach, I'm really concentrating on stopping the obligatory use of the F-bomb, its just part of the hockey vernacular and is so hard to stop. We all chuckled I think when O'Reilly let it slip.

For me I said to my son minutes before the puck dropped at game 7 , that the Bruins should be aware of the "Canadian Factor" , they had 4 Canadians and the Blues had 14 or more. I know it sounds so Don Cherry but there is something to it.

Ryan O'Reilly has now cemented himself as one of the elite players I think in the world, he has a Lady Byng Trophy, Conn Smythe Trophy and a Stanley Cup plus Selke nominations. He got about 5 Gold medals as a junior and two or three more World Championship Golds. This young man plays the game the way it was meant to be played - The Canadian way!

Maybe Ryan will fill the cup with Bartliff's butter tarts.

Cup MVP that played with cracked ribs. I bet he was gritting his teeth a lot!
