Winnipeg cruise night, Pony Corral tonight

Sorry, no pics although I hope "Big_Dreams" (Don) has some. I met him there, as well as Pontiax, Howmac and Pontorquer.

Anyway, it was the maiden voyage for my updated powertrain as far as a longer run goes. The most it had been was about  4 miles from home until tonight. All worked well other than it pushed out a few cups of coolant when I parked in Winnipeg (I think it was around 31* today, it was HOT). Not a drop pushed out when I got back home and parked it though, and the rad is still full.

Minor milestone on the trip back home. I'm gonna have this car worn out in no time........

It may have been a pint but I doubt it.

Looks SO unimpressive though in the parking lot full of car guys.......I felt like moving the car after it threw up!

Yes Carl it was nice to see you too last night - I notice the damp spot too - I didn't mention anything - I just thought you had parked in a spot where one of those leaky mopars had been sitting before you.

Haha, I saw that Mopar too with the wet spot!

By chance do any of you guys know the guy standing at the front of my car with the red T-shirt? He and I talked for quite a while. He's been a painter for 40 years and said to me right away "your car has nice original paint". It was nice to hear an unsolicited opinion on my paint from someone who has lots of experience in the paint business. Reason I say that is, I've had two local friends here, both mid 60's+ and they both say the paint is original. However, I've had some "experts" tell me there's no way it's original. I'm not knowledgeable enough with paint to know one way or the other but I bought it as being original and now that's 3 guys in the business who tell me it is, so I'm pretty convinced it is.
