Two words . Swim spa . Here in Ontario on the best year mid September the unheated in ground pool was done with one cool off .

The wife talked me into a Artic swim spa . I love it and it is soon to be a year old and I know I will have been in it over 300 times .
Best of both worlds .

Mine's no-maintenance, it opens and closes by itself.

Over the years we have had questionable seasons here but I have always opened the pool. Sometimes if only to get it circulating and stay ahead of the water going off. There have been times where it didnt make sense to heat it but at least its clean!

I can't see why you would not open the pool, for Pete's sake it over 30 with humidity in Toronto today and only forecast for days of hot weather and sunshine. Summer doesn't really start until Canada Day in my mind anyway. Lots of beautiful days ahead right into September.

Kevin, I think you should first open up your tennis court and then shortly after the pool.

Yeah that would be great. Up for a garage tour? I'll go for a swim while the boys check out your cars.
