Am now parting out this car.  It has the console shift steering column, 230 running six with the chrome package, power steering, console, floor shifter, driver grill, rear bumper as a core, bucket seats, and a rear seat  .SD trim has been sold.  Would sell complete car for $2000.  Car is very rusty as is the frame.

Are the trunk letters" ACADIAN" in good condition? If so would you sell them?
Thanks Al

I have some good ones but as of now they are all attached to trunk panels. Are you looking for some for a 65? I think the letters are the same size but I'd have to try find one of my poorer trunk panels and hope the letters are good as it is pretty tough to sell the panels without letters.

Wow... trunk contents being held in by a piece of wood.  That brings back memories!

What would you want for the panel with good letters?

They usually are a $100 and up if they arent cracked or broken. Have a few now but no junkers I think. Will take a closer look tomorrow. I see in your bio you are in Washington. What area are you? Ill be in the Seattle area next weekend.

Just a suggestion for best bang for your buck here. Put a wanted ad here and if you can get a cracked or broken tail panel and it may well have good letters on it. If I have a good panel then the price goes up from the $100 and that gets pricey for just letters.

 biggrin

I remember a Jamaican guy I worked with brought me back this aphrodisiac wine (called "Wincarnis Wine") from his country. He said to "mix it with some rum, have a couple drinks and then go out clubbing". "The ladies will love you mon".

All it did was make me drunker!biggrin
