My first car was a Verdoro Green 1968 Custom Beaumont with a 307 V8 and a bench front seat with an automatic shifter on the column. I bought it in London, Ontario and I still have the original dealership brochure for the car. I sold the car in 1973 when my job transferred to the USA. Sadly the car was totalled in a head on collision several years later. Sob. I would love to find another 1968 Beaumont. I am now living in Sacramento California. Ideally I would like to find a car in good shape so that I could drive it back to California. It would be nice to find onevwith bucket seats, a console, 327 or 350 engine with power disc front brakes. Air would be awesome. Maybe a resto-mod. With the right Beaumont, I might even consider a swap for my gorgeous 1996 red Lexus SC400. It is a garaged California car that is in near mint condition.
