If all in decent condition, with no Disc Brakes caps, I'd say a fair price is $100 - $125. If better condition then more. Someone has defaced it though by painting it red which limits it's appeal.
For 4 in the condition of the one shown, I'd say a fair price would be $100 or less. I'm sure the vendor will want more.
Yes they are all four in great condition other than being painted and I offered $100.00 but he wanted $140.00 hes going to think it over and get back to me. I like them they are kinda plain without any writing still look good on a wheel.
