If anyone sees a minty 80'ish Caprice for sale (2 door preferred) please let me know. My neighbour is talking about getting one. He says he remembers the one his dad had and loved the car.

Even though they're very similar I think he's bent on a Caprice. If it was me I'd probably pick the Parisienne or the Olds as far as looks go. And the Olds would be the preference for the powertrain ( at least it would be if it could be a 307).

I have one (but not minty) that belonged to my father (he bought it new)........2 door 1979 Caprice,has 85,000 miles on it.
I've had it since 1995. Drove it for 5 years and then covered it up on the parking pad.
I'm not planning on selling it at the moment,but I was thinking just this week of selling my old Nissan truck and putting it back on the road as my daily driver.
I'll post a picture when i get it uncovered . Maybe turn it into a Donk.....just kidding Carl,just kidding.
