The final guy profiled can only be described as "A character". I think I'd have OCD if my yard and shop looked like his!
You've got that right! He says he is not a hoarder.
Looks like most of his cars have (A) never been touched (B) a resto has been started, but is now forgotten or (C) was drive-able/nice at one time, but now dust and cobwebs are settling on those cars.
