Selling Motor Trend Magazine Collection from 1950s to early 1970s

Hi - time to liquidate the library

 

I have divided the collection into 2 lots

 

First - the 1960s Magazines - there are approximately 75 issues from 1960-1971

they are in decent ( Not mint) shape - no musty smell - no water damage - there are several with missing covers

Still lots of good reading - sorry I am offering them as a lot only

Price on this bunch is 35.00 with 10.00 going to the site

I am favoring buyers who can do a local pickup- trust me - shipping this lot would be very expensive

Just a further note - I am offering these for sale on this site first

If nothing happens I will be putting them on Kijiji this weekend

they are sitting in my garage - my wife has advised me that next week is when her car goes back in garage

I have hauled them out of the basement and I am told they are not going back down there

I have promised my wife that this is the year we are emptying the basement and then redoing it

these are neat magazines - lots of comparison tests

I already have ALL of these issues in my own complete collection of MOTOR TREND from 1949 to 1973, I can attest that these magazines are worth far more than these asking prices. So better hurry up and snap up these automotive treasures before they are gone gone gone. I kind of wish i needed them but i already have extra of my own that i have used for trading and selling as well. Good luck with the sale and i hope they all go to a good home. Cheers.
