20th Annual Motorfest Car Show. Stouffville, Ontario. Saturday September 7, 2019.

I took in the annual Motorfest car show in Stouffville, Ontario with my 57 Pontiac. The weather was overcast and a bit chilly but it never rained and the turn out was very good, although not as big as in the past. There was live oldies music, a tractor puller that was fired up and woke everyone up and many sweet looking rides. I will take the 57 210 station wagon. Check out the rides. Cheers.

Fantastic display of automobiles. My pick is the '64 Park Lane convertible.

Unfortunately a buddy had car trouble on the way, nursed it back to my place, changed the plugs, tinkered with carb and cap and rotor and got it running by 1:00 pm. New parts coming today.

Thanks George again.

My pick is the 1961 fawn Corvette, I love it.

I see you caught two of our friends, the 1961 red Corvette and the lemon yellow 1958 Impala, both outstanding cars. Howie won with the Impala at Autofest, its a California car with a 348.

Looks like that 59 Desoto Firedome was purchased at Chenier Motors in Timmins

Nice assortment of cars, trucks, vans and bikes.
Thanks for sharing

These cars make the rounds in Southern Ontario, I caught the Coronet on Labour Day in Etobicoke with an auto cousin.

John, you've been to that swap meet before when visiting Toronto.

I have always had a thing for 1966 Dodge Coronets. I grew up with a neighbor next door that had a 66 Coronet two door hardtop that was white and had a 383. The car had full wheel covers and red line tires. I was too young at the time to know that all those white markings on his windows, meant that he use to drag race it on the week end. That car left a mark on my young mind at the time and i have loved them ever since. I never see four doors of this car until now. I see many two door hardtops and rag tops of this car. Cheers.

George I'm glad you show us  everything you see. I collect Chevrolet and Pontiac but there are so many other GM, Mopar and Ford/Mercury cars that I like so it's good to see them in your photos.

I like both of these Coronets and call me crazy, but my favorite body styles in many makes are wagons and post sedans (2 or 4 door).

I think the show and swap meet you are referring to is the one on the Canadian Tire Parking lot, is that right? If so, I think it's where I bought some parts from 73SC a few years ago.

Indeed, it is such an uncommon yet elegant colour on the Corvette.
