I hate to say it but its time for her to go. Im offering to CP members first, if it not sold after a week Ill list it nationally. 1969 Beaumont 2Dr hardtop with just over 100,000 original miles with a 307 V8, Im the second owner. The car is in excellent condition, ask $20,000. I also have a lot of spare parts I will be sell.
I bought the car about 5 years ago from the original owners son (his father had passed away), the car is all original and accident free. It has an aftermarket radio and has had one paint job and vinyl roof work about 20-25 years ago. When I bought it it had 99,800 miles on and now has 100,500, since I owned the car I replace the battery alternator and tires. The body is rust free with all original panels, the only interior issues are two small cracks on the dash near the instrument cluster and the headliner has a hole on the driver side near the upper seatbelt bracket.
Nice car. Verdoro geeen is my favorite color in these 68-69 Beaumonts. It's 1968 twin lived at the same apartment building that I lived in in 1970 and it's always stayed in my mind given that it was new and mint at the time.
You know something, I saw a car just like it back around 1997 at the Pickering-Toronto border with some typical rust (lower front fenders). Verdoro Green with dark green interior, black vinyl roof cover, 307, same same same. Also looking at the background in the pictures it looks like the car could even be just a couple of block away from me. Painted 20~25 years ago. Hmmm, I wonder...
This is a very attractive Beaumont. As has been said by others, it is nice to see it hasn't been messed with.
