Recently bought a small riveting tool from a seller through the GSP, 20$ shipping, 0$ import fee, fair enough
checked my paypal after the payment, GSP charged an additional 28$ 'handling' fee on top of the shipping cost

Yes, I forgot to mention a while back, I had a similar experience. What crock....
I will now be using only my US shipping address as well, or even better, avoiding ebay unless it's the only option.
