Just looking at the nose cone, I am thinking it's the aftermarket fiberglass one.

The contours around the bumper curves don't match.

That's a sharp look car, right sized too, similar to a Canadian Poncho. If I'm not mistaken that 400 2bbl was rated at 265 HP.

It's no barn burner, probably takes almost 10 seconds to 60 mph and 17+ 1/4 mile I'd suspect.
