I took in this annual event with out one of my oldies just for something to do that day. The event is held at the Cookstown Steam Show Grounds by the Back Alley Cruisers car club. This amazing club has done this all these years to gather food for the local food banks, so what ever food or money collected is 100% to that worthy cause. They had a wide variety of music played all day and there were games to be played including the hilarious hot dog weiner game which you have to see. I will take the gold 57 Chevy. This show is one of the very few remaining car shows left for the year. Check out the rides. Cheers.

A few of the east end Scarborough boys drove up in a convoy, I took a pass, so I know a few cars like Bob's 61 blue Impala bubble and then I see a number of cars that are familiar from Wasaga Beach and Midland, my summer cottage stops.
I got the red Corvette Convertible, my new favourite is obviously Corvette! Only days left until mine goes away for the winter.

Still have a soft spot for the 56 Ford pickup as that is what brought me as an 18 year old from Alberta to B.C. To me the very best move I ever made in my life. Also love the Chevy CO. Thanks again George.
