Hello, thanks for allowing me to join this fine group. I am the new owner of a 67 2 door post, from what I know it was a 6 cyl originally but now has a 454 in it. I am Hoping to restore it to its former glory, and look forward to all the wisdom and advice from everyone. Thanks, Mike.
base model 2dr post, so no side trim at all, no door pin switches for dome light, no carpet(rubber mat only). your rear trunk trim has been added from a "custom". it should only have a small BEAUMONT lettering in the middle of the rear. very cool car. there are some other 67 post guys on here that will help you out.

MY BEAUMONT HAS 4 STUDDED TIRES AND 2 BLOCKHEATERS......AND LOTS OF OIL UNDERNEATH. The other one has a longer roof.
Welcome Mike from Canada's east coast! Good luck with the build.

Thanks for the warm welcomes, the car behind is a 67 chevelle, four door. I purchased it with the Beaumont as sort of a package deal. My plan was to salvage what I to use for the Beaumont, mostly fenders since they are in pretty good shape. Not entirely sure what I can use from it but it is there if I need anything.
Yes that is exactly what I mean! It is an auto. Will hopefully get some time to have a closer look at everything soon. The tag says m35 which is a power glide?
Sounds cool, though there would be nothing wrong with restoring to original with a six either. There are no wrong answers here, it's your car to do with what you wish.

Indeed the M35 is power glide. I knew the shop foreman at Hogan Pontiac in Toronto and he told me one of his favorite customer cars to drive was a 4 door 327 Beaumont, owned by an elderly couple who insisted that Keith personally oversee it's servicing. It was gold with a black vinyl roof and matching gold interior, full wheel covers and white walls. Keith likened it to a 4 door SD. With that 454 installed you are going to have your hands full....in a good fun way!
