No guff will from me.  I've already conceded that it should be a parts car. 

Yeah, if it were on the east coast it would be a good candidate for a build project, but where they are so plentiful on the west coast, it almost doesn't make sense to spend 3 grand to ship it east when you can find a good survivor for under 10 grand that doesn't need 20 grand spent on it.

Of course, as a fan of old Pontiacs we'd like to see them all fixed, but it's not practical to expect that.  Though if it's that solid, it sounds like a great car to convert to a big block 4-speed...  no worries about ruining a survivor, and no worries about correctness - just build and drive - have fun with it...

So I threw the bit away and have had 2 guys call wanting to hang out with me on the weekend just because Ive got some free booze. Not sure how far 2 ounces can go. Shouldnt get in trouble I guess.
