RFID covers. You need them on your cards & around your key fob. At a checkout you just flash your card & payment is made. Who's to say that someone standing next to you in a line with a reader isn't already reading anything and everything they can from your wallet.

LOL when I first read "relay attacks", I immediately thought of somebody attacking someone with a relay...  "Give me your car keys or I'll throw this relay at you - it'll really hurt if the pointy part hits you first"... no
