Need Help ID Defogger

I need a little help identifying this 68-69 Rear window defogger . Motor is dated 68 , so I'm assuming  a 69 model application

What's odd is the round grill attached directly to the motor housing along with the external hose and another outlet/grill . I'm suspecting Olds / Buick possibly ?

Its been a long time since I have seen one, but I think it is for a station wagon. The round grille is the inlet and the other is the outlet.

Yes you are correct-it is a stationwagon rear defogger-pretty rare piece for sure.Howard I have an NOS one for my wagon I am doing right now or I would be asking a price LOL-did it come with any sort of switch? The first wagon I built it took 3 donor cars to get all the pieces together to make it complete-took a lot of scrap yards to get everything I needed-it is quite a rare option.

Thanks guys .. I figured it was an odd / rare application . It may be for a 68 as it had a 68 knob & switch that mounts under the dash . Am I missing anything ( other than the switch ) as shown in the pictures
