Looks like the bottom was clipped deleting the magazine name, date or page number. I've found many ads on my own using those clues.
If you can, why buy the singular ad when you can buy the whole magazine for the same price with a little sleuthing. The ad you originally wanted is usually in better shape and then you get some good reads and more ads of the time period.

I can see how this would appeal Car,l as you have had both ends of the 1966 spectrum yourself. I haven't seen it myself in the mass market mags but it may have been a trade magazine of some kind. Will keep an eye out (as painful as that is....)

Carl, as you found it in ebay's "sold" listings, have you considered contacting the vendor? Maybe he has another, or can provide assistance on getting another. It's worth a shot.
