I came across this vintage 1975 Hot Wheels "Neet Streeter" that has a factory error. It should have larger rear wheels but was assembled with the smaller front wheels on the back. They are so small the casting drags on the ground. Poor kid that had it must have lost a lot of races with it!
Maybe it's worth a few million? I should put it on eBay!
I'm pretty sure I had an earlier version with Spectraflame paint and maybe redlines? Not sure when they switched to the custom tampo-printed paint jobs, but I'm thinking mid to late-1970s?
Ah yes, I remember that one. Loved the Spectraflame paint. I had a cousin who had a couple of those Hotwheels tire shaped carrying cases full of the early models with that paint.
A lot of my Hotwheels and Superfast cars ended up being frustrating to play with. After a while the wheels would be so splayed or gunked-up that they wouldn't roll well

The worst situation was when you bought a Hot Wheels or Matchbox and it was defective right out of the package (like the one I posted above). A whole dollar down the drain!
