Very nice and totally Badass. I've seen it. Minor gripe, but does it need that hood? Flat would complete the look better, and be more sleeper imop.

Now that is one nice Acadian period, I do agree with stock hood would be better.
I have been looking for a big block car for a bit, this one sure checks some boxes!!!!!
But also found a 427 vert for sale locally a 68 Impala, but find it hard to wrap my head round asking prices!
Its not the money so to speak, just think 50K is large..... maybe I am just cheap lol

I saw that ad too and my thought was he's likely optimistic re the price. Rare car though.

Oh for sure rare no question and a Lethbridge car from new.

Spoke with seller, nice enough guy he feels car is with more than his asking!

So hard to negotiate, when that's on the table before you even start..

At least he cleaned up the ad with better photos..

I agree with the flat hood comments.

Seller probably has much more into the car, but still $50K is a lotta money for a toy, at least in my estimation, but that's just me (I've been known to be a little too practical at times).

It is a beauty, though.

I love this Car!!
But, as y'all pointed out, the hood.
It's fine but change the rims to 16 or 17 inch 5 spoke Cragars.
Oh.
And 1 other detail he is missing.....
The ever elusive and very rare inside door panel emblem.

It's only worth what someone will pay you

With all due respect, as far as all the comments regarding the price goes. You could not build a car of this amazing caliper for anywhere near that figure. No freaking way.

That's probably true. Any high quality desirable car is going to be expensive, and this is a very attractive and nicely done car. Sometimes however, that doesn't make it any easier to part with the money.

That's the problem with Canadians buying in the US; the exchange rate premium just makes it prohibitive to buy in the US, though it does benefit Canadian sellers going into that market.

With all due respect, being more expensive to build than market value is true of any car, but it doesnt change the fact that for many of us $50K is a lot of money for a vehicle that will only get driven on sunny summer weekends. Regardless, as mentioned old car prices are driven by the market so best of luck to the seller - I hope he gets what hes asking. I would imagine with the difference in the exchange it would be much more attractive to American buyers at this time. A relative bargain.
