68 Laurentian 4 door

Real nice car, except for that aluminum on the sides.

Other than the aluminum, there's one other change I'd make to it!

(Hint, engine compartment picture....!)

Creative, never saw running boards on a car before. Appears to be pretty clean

Is that a 67 steering wheel? Not 68.

When I moved to Alberta 30 years ago,I notices lots of 80's GM A body cars with running boards.

Something I never seen in Ontario.....most of the cars with running boards were from Saskatchewan.

Must be a Prairie province thing to do.

Standard '68 wheel for Strato Chief, Laurentian, Biscayne & Bel Air. Yes it is a carryover from '67.

Very nice survivor. Truly. Look at the cloth on the seats, the trunk & under the hood. The running boards are probably to prevent stone chips and were likely added after addressing the original stone chips.

I'd love to see under the trunk mat but I'm willing to bet it looks as nice as the rest of the car. Pretty darn impressive.

Yes, I neglected to say earlier how nice I think this car is.  Of course the running boards would have to go, but I really like the car!  Well worth the asking price if it looks as good in person as it does in pics.

Putting running boards on cars is a very common thing to do in small town Saskatchewan.   It helps protect the body when driving on all those gravel roads.

What a real beauty but like everyone said the running boards have got to go. That has always been one of my favorite GM colours. B.E.A.U.T.I.F.U.L. smile

Looks very clean and tidy. As noted, the color  is code KK Tripoli Turquoise; it's the same color as my 68 Impala. Tahoe turquoise is a 67 color and it's a medium to dark aqua, almost green. I once had a 67 Chevelle SS396 in that color.
