68 Beaumont hood same as 68 chevelle?

I am looking at replacing my hood with a fiberglass hood and was wondering if the chevelle hoods are the same? I am geting sick of banging my head on the hood when working on it and it would be nice to have a lift off hood.

The same year for year to the Chevelle.

Although 68 & 69 hoods will both fit a 68 or 69, you have to use hinges from the 68 on a 68 hood or 69 hinges on a 69 hood.
