65 convertible seat divider question

ordering convertible seat divider and they are asking what colour I want. Did not know if any of it shows. I have white seats and black rug. Would I order white or black divider?

Poor pic but this is the original one on my 67 beaumont with an all medium blue interior with a matching blue original top

its the panel that screws onto the rear of the back seat to hide the seat springs,  not really noticeable unless you look thru the rear window when the top is up, or if the top is down and the boot is not installed.

As for the white interior, i am not sure if it would have been black or white from the factory, but i would guess white, as it is vinyl and all your vinyl parts are white.

Based upon my experiences, I would agree that this rear seat panel would be the same color as the interior upholstery. I have seen many convertibles that are missing this piece. They certainly do finish the interior nicely.

trunk divider board is what that is commonly called. Usually it matches the interior. Hardtops had a similar trunk divider board. And it quite often is missing on older cars. I believe that on hardtops the TD was always black.

I sent a message saying I had white interior so I guess I need white divider. They said if its white interior it gets a black divider.

Would love to see an original car, i beg to differ on that i think it would be white.  Just no really original cars left on the planet anymore to compare to.

Convert is totally unique, its vinyl covered,  not just the black water resistant carboard found behind the seat of a Hardtop or sedan
