Swag orders discontinued for the duration

Just a quick note that due to Covid-19 we are not taking any orders for keychains, decals etc in order to limit the amount of trips away from the house we need to take (eg; to the Post Office)

Obviously this will affect the income we bring in to support the site. The advertising revenue is not what it used to be (maybe 20-50%) so if you are in a position to donate, that's great. Obviously many of you aren't working right now (or worried you won't be in the coming weeks) so I completely understand that donating to a car website is the last thing on your mind. One way you can help is by participating on Canadian Poncho. Part of our advertising model is based on page views so the more you post, the more page views there are. Let us know what you are working on. Perhaps start a "how to" thread. If you've been lurking an never posted, why not take the time to introduce yourself? I'm having one heck of a time finding feature cars. Perhaps some of you lurkers have a cool Poncho we can showcase?

We would also be happy to provide advertising space for your company. We do have a large viewership (I can provide analytics if needed) with the majority of our viewers being in the 50 and up age group. PM me if you are interested in advertising on Canadian Poncho.

So far we have enough funds in the CP bank account to cover hosting fees etc for the next little while so I'm not too concerned.

Stay safe and stay healthy.

  Todd

 OK. I'll do it!

Question: Do you benefit at all from hits on the ads posted here?

Yes but if people click on them multiple times for no reason the ad provider will detect this. They have a powerful algorithm.
