Fake. No driveshaft. Otherwise I'd buy it.

Mark, you are responsible for my temporary blindness. Look even dumbo Donny does not like it and we all know he has lots of good taste. I recommend it go directly to the scrap yard with no looking back. I wonder how poor Ray is holding out after looking at this horror show. confusedohbleh

AIM in Hamilton has a new shredder that does 300 tons in one hour. It would onl take seconds for it to put that thing out of its misery

Beauty! No LT1 though, I'd move up a year and get an LT1. So much more fun, so much more potential to bump up the power.

If you bought it, you would find a way to add a third pedal  wink

You bet, I've built either 4 or 5 third pedal kits for those cars. I could sell more but it's a lot of work and finding the S10 and F body pedal kits that I need to salvage parts from is difficult. It makes the swap pretty easy once you have a bolt in pedal kit though. Those cars are SO much fun with a 3rd pedal. I never converted my real nice SS but the daily driver salvage auction SS that I converted to a 6 speed gave me about 8-9 years of smiles 24/7/365! I would have done our 94 Fleetwood but that one was pretty much my wife's daily car and her health situation is such that an automatic is a much better choice. A 6 speed Fleetwood would be ultra cool...

Yep, my 95 Roadmaster would run circles around my dads 92 . He bought a low mile 96 Fleetwood and that thing would pull his 30 travel trailer up hills like a breeze

A 5 speed or 6 speed Broughm would be cool, would need the computer from a 3
Pedal car from a similar year I assume? With the size of that trunk, a mod to make it a pickup box might work too, for hauling engines and heavy things needing to be dropped in? I once hauled a 25 horsepower electric motor in the trunk of a 91 Taurus. It was in the wood shop of Dorchester prison and we couldnt lower it in with a forklift, one of the inmates lifted it in himself. At the time I had no truck or van and the motor needed a rebuild, weighed 2-300 lbs. Had the car into the prison, they checked it over very closely going in and out.

When I converted mine a guy from Ottawa who had converted his helped me. He had a guy from the US do a computer for him. I sent him a spare computer I had and he was a geek, knew how to copy the program for his car onto my computer. It worked perfectly and certainly ran a lot nicer. I was able to drive the car the first couple of weeks with the automatic computer in place but it was not the same, there was a noticeable difference.

In the early 2000's when I spent a lot of time on the Impala SS forum I would say there was likely 4-5 guys who had converted Fleetwoods. I know there was a registry started for all conversions, Roadmaster/Fleetwood/Chevrolets and I think he ended up with at least 75 conversions in the list. Almost all of them were done using a kit that was for sale where you just mounted a separate clutch pedal independent of the brake pedal but I saw one of those and didn't like it. The pedal was way too far to the left and the pedal was way to high in the release position. A guy like me, over 6' with longer legs had trouble getting his leg up high enough to step on the clutch. Because of that, when I built my conversions I made certain that both pedals were exactly the same height at rest, and spaced comfortably. Anyone who drove my car said it felt very natural to drive it. However, I put about 75 ours into making that first pedal kit to get it right!

The kid I sold my car to about 8 years ago still has it. I want to buy it back but he won't sell it to me!

It's actually a pretty simple conversion once the first one is done.

I'd love to have another B body T-56 daily driver, believe me.
