I think it is just to get your attention, it worked. Talking about spelling, I post most of the time off of my phone and when I post from it all the apostrophes are removed from my sentences. Makes my spelling look even worse than what it is.

On a narrow screen the banner populates below.

On your wide screen, it's beside because there is room for it.

Go to your setting and in "display", change the settings from "Landscape" to "portrait"

Now you will have to tilt your head sideways to read it,

but at least the banner will be in the correct position !
