Thats my old car-I see who ever has owned it changed quite a bit of things out.The 4 speeds gone and replaced with an auto trans-wheels are gone and been replaced with rallies-I did not look too closely-but not sure if the tilt is still there? Passenger recliner-AM/FM,TACH AND GUAGES.Had the correct 12 bolt 331 posi, fast ratio steering box etc etc..

The worst being my must free orignal black paint 62 impala that got a respray in rainbow metalflake.

Years ago I decided that once I sold a car, it was not mine and I had to stay content no matter what happened.

I learned that lesson the hard way too.... One of the cars I had optionitus on got stripped of it's good stuff before it was resold.

I should have put a nice clean 325 h.p stock 396 into the car and I would probably still own it-instead I did the crazy motor thing and ruined my car-never do that again!tHAT CAR WENT ALOT OF PLACES AND IT PERFORMED WELL FOR ME.Like I stated-the crazy motor thing ruined the car-well for me anyway. It drove beautifully!

John, I did not do that to the car, I made a trade with the Beaumont plus cash for a 65 corvette, the new owner was the guy who made all the changes. That car did drive very nice. I saw all the 4 speed set-up was for sale a few weeks ago on kijiji for $2500.00. Did not last long, the console was mint in the car.

So you guys are saying its this car?? Is this the same one that was owned by a Brian in Manitoba previously as well? I was considering at one time but sat on the fence too long as usual.

Im not sure if its just the lighting or ?? and maybe its just me but it doesnt look nearly as clean as it did in these photos.

Well it could be worse. The fellow that bought my 'Chief in '12 lives about 3 minutes from me and I have never seen the car on the road. If I'd have known it was going to just sit I would've kept it and continued driving it. What a waste. And you're right- people do some bat sh%t crazy stuff to cars after they buy them. Oh well.......

I sold my '68 442 convertible to a guy that totaled a classic Rustang weeks before buying my car. He had a local reputation of being a bit of a maniac (he was dynamite/demolition guy).

I put it out of my mind as I ate a whole tray of my Mom's homemade lasagna that night.

I do wonder once in a while if my old 442 has survived. Doubt it.
