Sort of a throwback to when GM of Canada was great

 

Here are some pictures of an insert that was in the Montreal Star newspaper in oct 1953  to commemorate the coronation of queen Elizabeth - it took up almost half of the insert 

 

In one of the last Winnipeg World of Wheels -( 2018) there was a display of 3 of these models

Now those are classy cars with a real presence! I'll bet they produce a deep yet subdued rumble through the exhaust.

 I am putting dibs on that fabulous Caddy, the Olds is taken and i would never want the Buick. The Buick looks like a big nasty bathtub. smile
