I remember a car like this in winnipeg - used to show up at the car shows quite often - it was huge compared to a regular ( chevy based)pontiac - it had a very plush looking white leather interior

haven't seen it for years

This car has been around the GTA (Toronto) for as long as I can remember and that's a long time. 

I always liked seeing it, very distinctive color.

It looks like there's crome covering the top half of the headlight glass? Is that stock? Man I hope this isn't a stupid question.

 A 1950's fad, cool add on on item back then, Half Moons. Give the car that retro "in guy" look. Sometimes called Sleepy Eyes as well.
