New Mexico abandoned car

 "A New Mexico mystery has social media users trying to figure out why a vehicle with an Alberta licence plate

has been allegedly parked in an American parking lot for more than six months.

Reddit user bigjimnm posted a photo of the grey Nissan Murano April 29, saying it's been in the Los Alamos grocery store parking lot for months.

Some quick sleuthing by fellow users revealed the licence plate expired in November 2018,

but the November renewal sticker on the plate indicated the owner's last name starts with a K or P."

Check the dealer name on the licence plate frame. Dealer might have some info? When was it last serviced? Payments up to date...etc privacy might enter into this?

I get that its a mystery but very easy with the VIN and plate to find out owner, warrants etc.....

It will be interesting to see whats up though.

 I agree that it is probably stolen. Back in the seventies a friend bought a 1974 Vega at an insurance auction that was mint condition with about 11000 miles on it. It had been stolen and parked in an apartment parking lot for almost 4 years. The tenant that had that spot didnt own a car and it wasnt found until a new tenant wanted the parking spot.
