67 Oldsmobile Rally wheel instruction.

I was thinking it was a bit symbolic when she was loosening the wheel and threw his nuts at him!

Looked to me like she put the same wheel back on, the spare was still in the trunk in front of the one she took out.... Notice the under dash A/C unit on the car?

Cool car concept and seeing that nice Olds Love it when she dumps the dude, but the song was soooo slow and a downer. The original so much .....better. Pretty hard to outdo Lennon and McCartney. (Tell me Why ends at 1:50)

Well, you can hardly compare when you bring out those big guns Ray. But I still like the sound of Myles's voice. It's a simple thing that takes me back to my youth.

Just read his book actually. Amazing story.

I know I'm a minority but I'd pick April Wine (and a whole lot of other bands) over the Beatles any day of the week.

But I gotta say Ray, that is a great Beatles cut!

Are we that many years apart in age? Beatles is my youth.

April Wine was pretty epic group too.

April Wine never quite got to the level Miles had always wished for. Seems they made more than a few mistakes, and got short shafted a few times along the way.

Think I said it before on another thread here, given a choice to have any band come play at my house it would be April Wine

I'm with you. I might like 2 Beatles songs total, and even those 2 I wouldn't want to listen to regularly. I'm more in their rival's camp, The Rolling Stones.

That poor bumper ! She should have bent over more with a floor jack under the frame ... Maybe next time as she gave away the bumper jack :)

Once my wife and I became empty-nesters a few years ago, we made a pact to see as many of the old bands as we could

before they stopped touring. Whether it was big stadiums, casinos or small venues, it didn't matter.

Gotta say, we saw April Wine (at least what's left of them) at a small theatre here is London a couple of years ago and they were AWESOME.

I can't even begin to list the performers we've seen (and the cost of such), but it's been great. Surprisingly, The Stampeders were on of our favourite shows.

I've got tickets for The Doobie Brothers (with both lead singers Tom Johnston and Michael MacDonald) for this summer, but I expect that to be postponed or cancelled anytime now.

Regards, Scott (LandShark)
