This little white car I drive now was bought that way. Lots of boxes and bags of parts but the body shop had moved once and the guy who bought it from the body shop had moved and the 99% went down to about 90%. That is when I learned how to use the computer a whole lot better and startled net working. Took awhile but had it on the road in around 3 years.
